What we collect

Account: your email, optional name, and a scrypt hash of your password.
Server snapshots: the data listed in the docs, sent by agents you install. Error-log lines are redacted on your server first.
Logs: our web server keeps standard access logs (IP, time, path) for security.

How we use it

To show your dashboard, send the alerts you configure, and produce AI diagnoses you request or that alerts trigger. We don't sell data or use it for advertising, and we don't use your data to train AI models.

Anthropic

For a diagnosis, the server's latest redacted snapshot, open alerts and a 6-hour metric trend are sent to Anthropic's API to run Claude. Anthropic processes it under its commercial terms.

Retention and deletion

Metric history is kept for 3 days; the latest snapshot per server until you delete the server. Deleting a server removes its data. To delete your account, email hello@visionstack.space — we do it within 30 days.

One session cookie to keep you signed in. No analytics or advertising cookies.
