Beta service

Pulse is in public beta and provided "as is". It may change, have outages or miss problems. Don't rely on it as your only safeguard for critical systems.

AI diagnoses

Diagnoses are written by an AI model from the data your agent sends. They can be wrong or incomplete. Review any command before running it — especially those marked "(changes the server)". You are responsible for actions you take on your servers.

Your responsibilities

Only install the agent on servers you're authorised to monitor.
Keep your password, server tokens and API keys secret.
Don't attempt to access other users' data or disrupt the service.

Pricing

Pulse is free during the beta. We'll give at least 30 days' email notice before introducing paid plans; nothing is charged unless you choose a plan.

Ending service

You can stop using Pulse and delete your data at any time. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, VisionStack isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, including downtime or data loss on monitored servers.
