Subscriptions

Pulse Pro costs ₹499 per month (taxes as applicable) and renews automatically each month through Razorpay until you cancel. The Free plan never requires payment.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from Billing in your dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep Pro features until the end of the period you've already paid for, then your account moves to the Free plan. Your servers and data are not deleted.

Refunds

First payment: if Pulse Pro isn't right for you, email us within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund.
Duplicate or wrong charges: refunded in full once confirmed.
Renewals: monthly renewals are not refunded for partial months, but you can cancel at any time to prevent the next charge.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5–7 working days depending on your bank.

Service delivery

Pulse is an online software service. Pro features are activated in your account immediately after a successful payment; nothing is shipped physically.
